A hub for women in business is opening in North Lakes, providing a supportive and empowering community for female entrepreneurs.

InHer Circle is designed to provide relaxed networking opportunities, education and accountability.

Behind this exciting initiative are Simone Angell (House Mum Home Services), Katie Paterson (Simply Kate Special Events and SKHQ), Katie Boulter (Like She Owns the Place and Rosé Soiree), and Kayla Fernance (The Rogue Edit and That Law Firm).

Britta Davies from Britta Davies Photography also plays a behind-the-scenes role in capturing the visual identity of the brand.

The four founders bring their unique skills and experiences to the project. As their businesses are at different stages, they bring relatable expertise to coach others for growth.

The idea for InHer Circle emerged from Simone Angell’s realisation that not everyone in business has access to a reliable support network.

“The four of us are fortunate to have each other to turn to, but we know it’s not easy to find like-minded women who understand the highs and lows of running a business,” Simone said. “It can be lonely, so we are creating a space to learn, grow and form lasting connections.”

A New Approach to Networking and Growth

Katie Paterson highlighted their approach to fostering a welcoming community.

“We want to disrupt traditional networking by making it welcoming and fun,” Katie said. “It’s about creating a space where people feel comfortable asking questions and being themselves. I’ve been to lots of networking events and you meet people and often don’t see them again for months. We are going to run workshops one week, allow some time for implementation and then run a networking session to maintain that momentum, nurture those relationships and provide ongoing accountability.”

InHer Circle offers a mix of workshops, masterminds, retreats and relaxed networking events over coffee, wine or a leisurely lunch. Members will have access to practical tools like branding photography, social media support and mindset coaching designed to help women grow their businesses while building strong ties in the local community.

The launch event will take place on Thursday, 6 February and will feature a panel discussion, a chance to meet the founders and an overview of upcoming opportunities.

Whether you’re a seasoned entrepreneur or just starting, InHer Circle offers a space to connect, collaborate and thrive.
