The annual Dayboro Show returns this month, bringing two days of agricultural displays, entertainment and community activities to the Dayboro Showgrounds.
The weekend program includes freestyle motocross demonstrations, lawnmower racing and woodchopping, alongside sheep shearing, poultry exhibits, dog competitions and a petting farm. Food stalls, trade sites and sideshow alley will also operate across both days, with a range of attractions scheduled throughout the weekend to keep visitors entertained.
Dayboro Show Society Secretary Alison Taylor said this year’s event was focused on affordability and family fun.
“The Dayboro Show is about celebrating country life and making sure families can enjoy a full weekend of entertainment without it breaking the budget,” Alison said.
“From the main arena action through to the displays, pavilions and animal experiences, there is a wide range of activities to enjoy across the grounds.”
Weekend Highlights and Visitor Information
Saturday night features the main arena entertainment followed by fireworks, while Sunday’s program includes a bull ride.
The show is run by volunteers and remains a long-standing event on the region’s calendar, attracting exhibitors, competitors and visitors from across the area.
