Get ready to transform your mind, body and spirit at the third annual North Lakes Yoga Festival. Now set in a more central and spacious location, this inspiring weekend promises to immerse you in the world of yoga, mindfulness and holistic wellness.

Supported by City of Moreton Bay, the festival invites people of all ages and abilities to experience the benefits of movement, stillness and connection.

Festival Coordinator Rosie Richards said she was excited to bring her passion for accessible yoga to North Lakes.

“We run festivals all around Australia, New Zealand and beyond, with the goal of making yoga available to everyone – no matter their age or background,” Rosie said.

“People come with friends, family, as couples or solo. The program is flexible and pressure-free – designed so you can drop in when it feels right, dive into a practice and then maybe explore the local area for dinner. It’s the perfect weekend escape.”

Finding Your Zen at North Lakes

The festival features a variety of sessions from gentle yoga for those seeking a slower pace to dynamic, high-energy vinyasa sequences. There’s also space for deep relaxation through mindfulness practices and sound baths, encouraging you to slow down, be still and listen to your body.

Beyond yoga, you can experience Zenthai Shiatsu, a soft, flowing bodywork practice that blends movement and gentle massage and explore stalls featuring incense, crystals and healing therapies.

“Yoga isn’t one-size-fits-all,” Rosie said. “It’s about finding what you enjoy – the event will introduce you to so many different types of yoga so you can find the practice that suits you.”

Across two days, you’ll have access to unlimited yoga sessions, wellness workshops and opportunities to connect with like-minded individuals. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, you’ll be guided by some of the top instructors from the local region and across Australia in styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra and more.

This is your chance to step away from daily stresses and immerse yourself in a nurturing space designed for self-care and rejuvenation. Whether you’re trying yoga for the first time, exploring new wellness techniques, or simply taking time to recharge, the North Lakes Yoga Festival offers something for everyone.

Tickets are available for one day or two days with early bird prices available at moretonbay.yogafestival.com.au

Local yoga instructors, sound bath facilitators and workshop presenters are welcome to register their interest in being part of this or future festivals.
