Do you REALLY know what you are putting on your skin when you use commercial soap?
Most list harsh chemicals and artificial additives in the ingredients.
Wouldn’t it be great to tap into the power of nature to nourish and cleanse your skin? You might be surprised to learn how easy it is to create your own luxurious, botanical soaps at Anna’s Beginners Cold Process Soap Making Workshop.
Ancient Secrets of Soap Making
Anna Millar, Creative Director of Ancient Secrets by Anna, said the hands-on workshop blends tradition, science and creativity to teach you how to create your own unique soaps.
“I love teaching people to make natural soaps, skincare, and bath products because it’s fun, practical for all ages, and useful for self-sufficient living or as unique gifts,” Anna said.
“We use plant-based oils to make gentle, moisturising and eco-friendly soaps. Our recipe suits all skin types, allowing you to blend ingredients to best meet your needs.
“You will get to take home your own custom-created soap made with your choice of colours, fragrances and textures.”
Classes are small, friendly and supportive. Each person makes about 1.2 kilograms (nine to 11 bars) of hand-crafted soap equating to about a year’s supply for one person. Participants also receive a comprehensive booklet containing a recipe, instructions, information on essential oils and more, so they can continue making soap at home.
