Yoga at Lake Eden

What better location for a restorative, calming yoga session than Lake Eden? Lake Eden Yoga, run by Cherie Clark from Live Life Yoga is part of the Healthy and Active Moreton program.

“I teach hatha yoga at Lake Eden on Sunday afternoons,” Cherie said. “It’s a great location with views of the lake and in the open air. It’s also an opportunity to meet new people and a chance to energise your mind, body and spirit right in the heart of North Lakes where everyone’s welcome.”
