Looking for a Sunday adventure that’s a little out of the ordinary? Look no further than the Pine Rivers Heritage Museum, where lively beats will get your toes tapping and your spirits soaring.

Get ready for a good time with The Smashing Bumpkins, a rock covers band with a knack for luring all ages onto the dance floor.

“We’re all about getting people up and dancing,” band member Ben King said. “We want everyone to have a great time and enjoy the music.

“This is our 20th year together, and we’ve played hundreds of shows, including The Birdsville Races, The Ekka, The Gympie Country Music Muster, Breaking a mass dance participation Guinness world record in 2014 and regular gigs at live music institution Lefty’s music hall.”

“People are curious beings, and the world is full of curious things,” a museum spokesperson said. “The exhibition invites visitors to let their imagination take the lead as they explore the eclectic collections on display.”

So, whether you’re a fan of lively dance beats or curious about local collections, Pine Rivers Heritage Museum is the place to be this month. Join in the fun and experience something truly unique.
