Join your local Community, every Wednesday evening, for an hour of Yoga and Meditation at the delightful Deception Bay Community Hall.
No experience needed, just a wonderful sense of fun and curiosity. This is a space where you’ll learn gentle yoga poses that help with balance, mobility and focus as well as connecting with other Community members.
