Participants will explore the anatomy and significance of each component of their Mala, along with a brief history of this sacred meditation tool. They will also learn how to effectively use the Mala during their personal meditation practice. The day will commence with an Intention Meditation, setting the mood for a sacred space that allows creative energies to flow and aligns participants with their intentions.

Attendees will have the opportunity to create a traditional Mala using either Rudraksha or Rosewood beads, based on personal preference. This Mala will consist of 108 beads with knotting in between, infused with a specific mantra or intention. Each participant will receive a make-and-take kit that includes 21 gem crystals specifically chosen to balance and align the chakras. Incorporating these crystals into the Mala amplifies energies, enhances healing, and intensifies the intention behind the Mala.
